We are proud to have a project we completed in 2016 featured on the 20th annual Junior League of Atlanta's Kitchen Tour on Saturday March 25th, 2017.  The house, located in Druid Hills, is a major renovation to a small, mid-century modern home.  While this tour focuses on kitchens, the homeowner's have graciously allowed for their entire home to be on tour.  Please go to www.jlatlanta.org/tour-of-kitchens for more information or to buy tickets.  We look forward to seeing on Saturday

We are happy to have had a kitchen included in the March 2017 issue of Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles.  It is not often that an Orange, Mid-Century Modern Kitchen gets its due!

Rothman+Rothman were featured in a feature called Divine Design along with 6 other local, up and coming design firms.

The Magnolia Showhouse feature including a description of the event, room designs and concepts.  Jenny and Eric were proud to have been Co-chairs for this event.

Rothman+Rothman are proud to be co-chairs with Beverly Baribault of Beverly Baribault Design Group of the Magnolia Designers Show House in Cartersville, Georgia.  Atlanta Magazine along with their sister magazine, Atlanta Home Magazine,   have been invaluable partners in bringing the showhouse together.  Proceeds for the Magnolia Designers Show House will benefit Advocates for Children, a non-profit organization dedicated to the treeatment and prevention of child abuse and neglect.  

In addition to Co-chairing the Magnolia Designers Show House, Rothman+Rothman is also designing the Mrs's Master Bath.  Other designers involved with the Show House are Harrison Design, Michel Smith Boyd Interiors, Peace Design and Beverly Baribault Design Group.  To see a complete list of designers or to get more information please visit www.atlantamagazine.com/magnolia.

In addition to the Kitchen and Bath Symposium, Eric will be a panelist for the Architectural, Exterior and Landscape Design Syposium.  Bill Harrison will be the guest speaker.  Joining Eric on the panel will be Bulent Baydar, Corey Cope and Steve McKenzie.

A kitchen renovation and addition we designed in Morningside has been featured in Better Homes and Gardens Summer 2016 Issue of Beautiful Kitchens & Baths.   The 6-page spread focuses on the sculptural design of the space as well as the connection with the outdoors.

Rothman+Rothman is proud to have won the Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Magazine  "Bath of the Year" for 2016. This master bath is in a home we designed in Decatur, Georgia and one of our favorite spaces.   

Rothman+Rothman received a 2016 City of Decatur Design Award for a renovation to a home in the Historic MAK District.  In addition to the recognition by the City Of Decatur's Historic Preservation commission, this renovation met the requirements of the State Historic Preservation Division to receive a 10 year pre-renovation property tax freeze. This freeze is part of the Georgia Preferential Property Tax Assessment Program for Rehabilitated Historic Properties.    We would be happy to provide you with more information about the available incentives that exist today. 

A recently completed project designed by Rothman+Rothman is being featured in the 19th Annual Junior League of Atlanta, Tour of Kitchens.  While the Tour focuses on kitchen design, we plan on having the entire first floor of this 5,000 square foot home open.  Proceeds go towards initiatives benefitting women and children at risk.
