Rarely do we get to work on such a beautiful site especially in the Heart of the City of Atlanta. This home sits on a steep slope overlooking a wood ravine and meandering creek moments from I-75 and Downtown Atlanta
This 3,000 SF house was conceived as an collection of simple "Monopoly" style structures arranged around a central courtyard. The central structure, housing the homes public spaces, floats above the sloping terrain and provides a beautiful covered outdoor seating area and pool.
