PineTree

Located in Decatur, Georgia, this project was an extensive  renovation of a traditional style house on a typical intown Atlanta lot.  Set within a formal Colonial facade, our intent was to create a surprisingly warm, open and playful living space for this family of 5.   This juxtaposition mirrors the personalities of our client and thier public persona.

This Covid era renovation of this 5,000 square foot house was completed in 2022 by Paul Enloe of Intown Renaissance.  The interior spaces are organized around a central two-story living space that looks out over the terraced back yard and pool.
